Active & Effective

Title: Active & Effective
Text Verse: Ephesians 5:14 NKJV – Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.”

The word Activate means to make active or to make more active. You can be active but not effective. Ideas does not mean anything useless it is applied or executed. James 1:22 Be ye doers of the Word and not hearers only.
Being active implies acting on what we have received from the Lord. No idleness or laziness. No procrastination or settling for comfort.
New results demand new action.
He woke up early in the morning and spent time with the Father. He showed us how seek the Father’s presence. When we do this we are filled with God’s love, joy, peace and wisdom. Meron kang lakas at gabay na tumutulong sa pagiging epektibo at produktibo. What we received from the Lord is sufficient for that day.

3 Things to Understand in being Active & Effective in God’s Kingdom

  1. WE ARE NOT CALLED TO DO EVERYTHING.
  • There are 8 Billion people in the world and no is alike. It was God’s intention to show that each of us are distinct and that we have different assignments.
  • Being busy does not produce results. Being effective does. What are you called to do? God designed us with a unique personality, preference, talents, gifts for a purpose. Hindi nag chamba si Lord. He exactly knows the value that you can provide to the generation, time and location He put you in.
  1. WE ARE CALLED TO DO SOMETHING.
  • Most of the time it is a singular thing. If you are called to teach, then teach. If youe gift is serving, serve well. Romans 12:7 states that each of us has been given a gift and we are to do it as much as we can.
  • Pano mo malalaman ang calling and giftings mo from the Lord? There is fulfillment in what you do. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you your calling and gift.
  1. WE ARE DESTINED TO GREATER THINGS
  • Kung masaya ka, may isasaya pa yan. Kung mayaman ka, may iyayaman pa yan. Ganun din kapag malungkot, may ilulungkot pa yan. But Jesus said in John 14:12 that we will do greater works for His kingdom. With the technology and information available to us today we can do greater than those who lived 100 or 1000 years ago. God did not design us for a mediocre or ordinary life. Miracles, signs and wonders from the Lord. Sometimes God puts us in an impossible situation to show that He is greater. He will not fail.

In closing, if we pursue God’s will for our lives and serve the gift that we have, it is practically impossible not to be promoted. Proverbs 18:16 Your gift will make room for you and brings you to great men. Luke 16:10 If you are faithful over little, you will be faithful over much.

Father in Heaven, we thank You for Your Word that lights up our path and leads us to Your way. Thank You for the strength and wisdom to fulfill Your will in our lives. Fill our hearts with Your unspeakable joy and Your peace that passes all understanding. Make us active and effective for Your honor and glory. We declare Your healing in our bodies and restoration of our fortunes in all aspects of our lives – mental, emotional, physical, financial and spiritual. Lord, You are faithful to all Your promises. We thank You and we love you. This we pray in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and King. Amen.

Kingdom favor ♡
We are blessed mga kapatid!
